For one of our clients we are looking for a PMO/ Chief of Staff (m/f/d)

Our client is scaling from its first operating sites toward a ~30 MW edge-colocation platform across Germany and Austria. This hybrid role combines hands-on support to the CEO with building the project-management backbone the company needs to grow. You keep strategic priorities on track and make sure execution across a fast-growing portfolio stays organised, transparent, and on time.

Start: asap

Duration: at least 6 month / 4 days a week

Location: Heidelberg /Graz / Stuttgart (hybrid, DACH travel)

Mode: 1-2 days a week onsite in Stuttgart or Heidelberg (preference Stuttgart) rest homeoffice

Responsibilities:

Support the CEO and management on priorities, Board preparation, and follow-up — turning decisions into tracked actions.
Help run the PMO: maintain a clear portfolio view of development, construction, and go-live projects (Stuttgart, Graz expansion, 2026 pipeline sites) with milestones, status, and reporting.
Drive cross-functional initiatives end to end, coordinating between commercial, build, and internal teams so nothing falls between the cracks.
Prepare management reporting, KPI dashboards, and the operating cadence (meetings, decision logs, updates) that keep a scaling team aligned.
Contribute to structure-building — processes, templates, and tools that let the organisation scale without losing speed.

Professional background

• Experience: 2–5 years in strategy, consulting, or PMO / project-execution roles — ideally a mix of a top-tier consultancy and a startup or scale-up.

• Execution: strong at structuring problems, running projects to closure, and translating strategy into concrete plans.

• Analytical: comfortable with business cases, capex, and KPIs; confident in Excel and slide-building.

• Mindset: proactive, organised, low-ego, and reliable under a fast-moving agenda; effective across seniority levels.

• Other: fluent German and English; willing to travel across DACH sites. Interest in infrastructure, real estate, energy, or data centres a plus.

You'll sit at the centre of the company's most important growth years — gaining broad exposure across strategy and operations while building the structures that let an ambitious platform scale. A high-visibility springboard into senior leadership.
