Beschreibung

Good afternoon,

I am looking for an experienced SAP Workflow Developer / Consultant to support the development and enhancement of custom SAP workflow solutions within an established environment. This role requires a hands-on technical expert who can translate detailed requirement specifications into sustainable workflow solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.

Project:

Start: Mid / End November 2026

Capacity:Part-time (20Hours/week)

Initial Duration: first contract for 6 months (extension expected afterwards)

Remote and on-site Share: onboarding for 1-2 days in Hamburg/Dortmund, then 100% Remote

Project languages: English (Fluent) German (Fluent)

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance SAP Business Workflows (On-Premise).
  • Translate technical and functional requirements into workflow solutions
  • Design and implement custom approval, invoice, and procurement workflows.
  • Advise business stakeholders on workflow-related topics and solution concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with Support, Consulting and project teams.
  • Analyze and further develop existing customer-specific workflow applications.
  • Support the onboarding and knowledge transfer of existing workflow solutions.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Workflow Development and Consulting.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Business Workflow / SAP ABAP Workflow (On-Premise).
  • Proven track record delivering SAP workflow projects from design through implementation.
  • Experience translating requirement specifications into technical workflow solutions.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.


Nice to Have
  • Experience in the SAP FI/CO environment and affinity for accounting processes
  • Knowledge of the SAP MM procurement and ordering environment
  • Experience with invoice review, approval, and purchase order approval workflows
  • Experience with individually developed workflow solutions and complex system landscapes
  • Knowledge of modern AI-supported development tools, e.g. Claude Code
