Client Location - Budapest, Hungary
Remote work offering - 60% (2 days per week onsite)
Client Industry - Utilities
Contract Length - 6 months
Contract type - Freelance

A global utilities organisation is rolling out SAP S/4HANA across its international sites. You will act as the supply chain Business Process Owner, leading business transformation and process readiness for deployment, aligning local business teams with the global core model, and supporting change management through to a successful go-live.

You will act as the supply chain Business Process Owner, leading business transformation and process readiness for deployment, aligning local business teams with the global core model, and supporting change management through to a successful go-live.
Key skills and Experience required
- Strong functional expertise across end-to-end supply chain / logistics processes
- Solid hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience; S/4HANA Public Cloud exposure is a strong advantage
- Proven track record on Core Model / Global Template programmes and international rollouts
- Experience running Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard workshops, gap analysis and process mapping
- Ability to turn business requirements into clear inputs for IT and SAP delivery teams
- Experience ensuring site readiness and driving transformation with site managers and local stakeholders
- Delivery experience across UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare
- Change management, user adoption and training experience
- Strong stakeholder management, comfortable bridging business and IT
- Fluent English (mandatory)
