Beschreibung
We are currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant
Core need: Someone who can independently consult, design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Off, and Employee Central solutions end-to-end — from requirements gathering and workshops through configuration, testing (unit/integration/UAT), data migration, go-live, and hypercare.
Must-haves:
- Proven end-to-end SF Time Off & Time Tracking implementation experience
- Strong expertise in Business Rules and MDF objects
- Consulting/communication skills, analytical mindset, customer focus
- Fluent English (German a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Nice-to-haves: SAP HCM Time Management or other WFM knowledge, international project experience, SF certification (EC and/or Time Management).
Location: 100% REMOTE
Duration: Dec 2026 – June 2027 (Nearshore Europe).
