Beschreibung

One of Energize’s key clients is looking for a Senior SAP IS-U Project Manager to support an ongoing S/4HANA implementation in Hesse, Germany.

The project is already underway and the client needs an experienced project manager who can bridge the gap between the business and technical delivery teams, bringing structure to the programme and ensuring requirements and deliverables are clearly understood and managed.

Key responsibilities:
  • Plan, track and manage project deliverables
  • Coordinate and support the technical delivery teams
  • Clarify and translate business requirements for technical stakeholders
  • Bridge communication between the business and implementation teams
  • Moderate and coordinate across a complex project organisation
  • Track progress and ensure agreed deliverables are completed
  • Report project status and key topics to senior management
Key requirements:
  • Strong SAP IS-U project management experience
  • Proven experience delivering successful S/4HANA IS-U implementations
  • Strong understanding of SAP transformation and migration projects
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-team project environments
  • Strong business-facing communication and requirements management skills
  • Comfortable challenging and coordinating technical teams without needing to be a deep technical specialist
  • Senior stakeholder and management-level reporting experience
  • Fluent German is mandatory
  • English required for collaboration with technical teams
Project details:
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 12 months initially
  • Project planned through the end of 2027
  • Workload: Full-time, 5 days per week
  • Location: Hesse, Germany
  • Working model: 2 days onsite every 2 weeks, remainder remote
  • Language: German and English
