Project background:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Lead to support an SAP Field Service Management (SAP FSM) project in an agile Scrum environment. A strong SAP background and several years of experience in technical project management are essential.
The role focuses on aligning the development workload with the scope defined by the Product Owner, managing priorities, creating realistic delivery expectations, and establishing efficient project processes. The position is fully remote and conducted in English.
Tasks:
- Coordinate the project within an agile Scrum environment
- Act as the interface between the Product Owner, development team, and project stakeholders
- Align the development workload with the scope defined by the Product Owner
- Capture and structure requirements and demands in the product backlog
- Prioritize backlog items in collaboration with the Product Owner and relevant stakeholders
- Assess development capacity and define realistic delivery timelines
- Communicate transparently what can be delivered and within which timeframe
- Organize and facilitate regular Scrum meetings and ceremonies
- Support PMO activities, including project coordination, status tracking, and reporting
- Establish and embed efficient processes within the project
- Review the current project status and identify areas for improvement
- Support User Acceptance Testing activities
- Review and coordinate test scenarios
- Work with Jira and MS Planner as the standard planning tool
- Ensure transparent communication regarding scope, priorities, progress, and delivery expectations
Qualification:
- Approximately five years of professional experience in technical project management
- Strong SAP background, ideally with experience in SAP Field Service Management (SAP FSM)
- Proven experience working in agile Scrum environments
- Experience coordinating Product Owner requirements with development capacity and workload
- Strong knowledge of backlog management, prioritization, and scope coordination
- Experience in PMO activities and project reporting
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing and test scenario reviews
- Certified Scrum Master
- Experience working with Jira and MS Planner
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, proactive, and reliable working style
- Fluent English; German is not required
