Project Management – project plan, time/costs/quality controlling, risks identification and mitigation, reporting, closure and handover to operation
Communication with all kind of stakeholders – as CIO, department heads, security officer, managers, application owners and end-users
Project Marketing – internal and external; in form of meetings, focus group mailing, intranet information (in both, German and English)
Documentation – creation of all kinds of documentation as project documents, management presentations, end-users instructions, technical guidelines, etc…
Change Management – for both, the “technical” side (changes of the project scope) as well as the “people” side (helping to establish changes in the organization – alley concern and fear from the staff about the “new”)
Coordination – of different and sometimes converse interests or given organizational process assets (as project needs, “priorities”, customer demands, offshore work, resources)
Team Management – select staff, build and develop independent and efficient teams with a common vision and language, and doing the conflict management when needed

PM to save a foredoomed project with the objective to do a worldwide Account Conversion.
I managed to reestablish the trust in the project and to deliver a stable and reliable conversion process.
My main drivers for the success were an increased communication in the team and with the customers, the introduction of an real-world testing environment and a clear, open and realistic communication to the customers and the sponsor.
