• Fully responsible for FTTH/GPON projects from initiating to closing. (Initiating design, planning and execution, monitoring & controlling of FTTH/GPON projects for new development, migration of legacy networks to GPON and OSP.
• Define requirement of civil and cable plant to cater current and future requirement. /demand.
• Preparation of Mater Plan for new development and migration of legacy network.
• Preparation of Fundamental design for Green and Brown fields.(FTTH).
• Develop and managing processes to build OSP network as per customer requirement.
• Preparation and managing of work plans for implementation of OSP projects.
• Scheduling of activities to build FTTH network/OSP projects.
• Define resources and schedule for project implementation.
• Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
• Sites inspections of ongoing projects.
• Quality assurance.
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders such as, Senior Management, Managers, Operation and Maintenance Mangers/Supervisors, contract management team etc...
• Meetings with supervisors and other staff to review progress of assigned tasks.
• Meetings and coordination with contractors.
