Job Description
As Group Controller (SAP Administrator), you are responsible for master data maintenance in SAP, the company wide controlling of time and expense recording and month end closing activities in SAP CO. With your expertise you document processes, update user guides and provide training and support to the SAP end user.
Further, you are the module owner of SAP CO and SAP time and expense recording and will be involved in new SAP concepts and in the testing and rollout of new solutions.
In your role you work in close co-operation with the Controlling department and the SAP competence centre.

Your Responsibilities
• Perform SAP CO and time recording & expense system analysis
• Document processes, update of user guides
• Provide end user support and training
• Maintain master data in SAP
• Perform companywide controlling of time & expense recording
• Perform month end closing activities in SAP CO and time recording & expense
• Prepare and visualize information and user guides
• Involved in project for SAP roll-out and improvements (concepts, testing)
• Act as module owner SAP CO / SAP time & expense recording
• Deputy of SAP BI module owner
• Your reporting line is to the Head Operations Controlling

Position Requirements
• SAP know-how (esp. CO, master data maintenance, data extraction, system handling, FI/SD/MM nice to have)
• Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse know-how
• Controlling background
• Proficient Excel user (ideally incl. VBA programming)
• Proficient handling of big amounts of data
• English and German fluent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, i.e. controlling, preferably within the financial industry or IT industry
• Has solid experience in running allocation and settlement processes in SAP CO in other companies
