For one of our clients we are looking for a Supply Chain Management consultant (m/f). The consultant will work as a member of an international client and consultant team and will be responsible for the integration of supply chain inventory management processes into the harmonized SCM template. The primary focus areas are warehouse operations, material movements and inbound and outbound operations for packaged and bulk materials.Responsibilities of the consultant:
Work in full cooperation with the sites during the localization phase of each wave.
Translate the physical layout of the locations and the local tasks into the harmonized model.
Establish master data requirements, testing and training plans, cutover plans and go-live support.
The following skills are required:
Extensive travel throughout the project as much of the activity will need to be done on-site.
Background in materials management (preferably in a large bulk manufacturing environment), warehouses operations, inventory management or other equivalent supply chain experience.
Motivation to work in a team.
SAP EWM experience preferred
Excellent social and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent English
Main Location: Rhein-Neckar area, frequent international travel required
Project duration: asap –planned for 6 months, longer term extension possible
