Job search criteria (include “Function’)
Update Data Privacy consent statements
Job board implementation – Linkedin, Indeed.
Quick apply feature implementation
Candidate Pipeline
Recruiting Dashboards on homepage
Implement employee referral functionality
Implement new fields in HRConnect to be able to retrieve and report on all T2W related changes for Hire, Changes and Terminations
Include Transfrom2Win as business reason to request a requisition (extend the picklist in requisition approval fields) and remain to be able to report on it.
