Role Purpose:• Responsible for administration of RFx event including collating tender pack information, issuing to bidders, review and issuing and owning clarifications, negotiation and placement of orders
Main Tasks:
• Organisation and control of Project relevant transport, logistics and custom issued, including expediting if necessary
• Management and prequalification of new suppliers/subcontractors
• Preparation of tender documents, management of inquiry activities and procurement deadlines
• Preparation, negotiation and administration of contracts and international procurement of components and services in compliance with corporate interest guidelines and legal requirements
• Lead analysis of returned tenders including working closely with other departments to ensure bid compliance and completeness
• Control of purchasing package during the entire project duration (incl. forecast preparation, budget monitoring, progress payments and supplement or change tracking and negotiation with schedule tracking
• Review and approval of Purchase Orders in accordance with company Procurement and Subcontracting policy
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
• Candidate should have the ability to take ownership and responsibility of the tasks they are performing
• Working knowledge with Purchasing Software such as SAP or equivalent
• Data-Centre/Semi-Conductor/Battery, Pharma or other similar type facility experience is a benefit
