Beschreibung

For our client we are looking for an expert in SAP-Successfactors "Compensation" asap.


Project scope:
The NAM region (Mexico, USA, Canada) would like to map the process for salary increases (Base Salery Increase, BSI for short), which currently runs largely manually via Excel, in Successfactors. The process has already been standardised across all companies in the countries and is now to be digitalised. An initial analysis has already been carried out by SAP, with the feedback that we are moving in an absolutely standard environment with our process.

We currently have a performance process mapped in Successfactors, the end result of which (performance score) is incorporated into the BSI process (high performance -> higher salary increase). All employee data is also already available in the system. Process data for the compensation module (salary structures, benchmark salaries, currency rates, budgets, etc.) are loaded into the system via the standard CSV files. A connection to the payroll systems via interface is not planned. As the NAM region contains 3 languages (Mexican Spanish, English, French), the project also includes the maintenance of the translations and the creation of the pay statements in the 3 languages (we supply the texts for this).
The BSI process extends from checking the data in HR to a proposal for a salary increase for the manager to the approval of the proposal at the next management level. For top management there is an executive review of the data.

Requirements for the consultant / expert:
From our point of view, we need an expert at senior consultant level for this topic. The consultant should speak fluent English. The consultant must be certified for SAP Successfactors Compensation and have access to Provisioning in order to make the necessary settings. The consultant / expert does not need to be based on site.

Project scope: We estimate approx. 25 days.

Project start / Timeline:
The project should start as soon as possible. We would like to kickoff in May at the latest and the process must be ready for the next BSI round in January 2023.

Possible follow-up projects:
After the BSI process, the bonus payment should also be digitalised. In total, we expect about 50-60 consultant days (incl. BSI process). The processes developed in NAM will also serve as a template for a further global rollout, in which we would also use the consultant if we are satisfied with the quality.
