For our client we are looking for several Lead Consultant (m/f/d) Production Planning/Execution (with knowledge of PLM-PP integration).Project in Denmark Thisted:
Start: 18.04.2022
End: 31.12.2022
Workload: 3-5 days per week, 180 PT
Remote: 90% remote, every 4-6 weeks some days onsite
Location: Thisted (Denmark)
Project in Friedrichshafen:
Start: 18.04.2022
End: 31.12.2022
Workload: 3-5 days per week, 180 PT
Remote: 80-90% remote
Location: Friedrichshafen
In 2022 the customer is focusing on Production organization towards the PLM Program.
Target:
- Analyze and Document the PLM/ERP Production processes linked to PLM data, objects, and processes (like e.g. Bills of Materials)
- Ensure that existing S/4HANA-processes and S/4HANA-Systems will be supported by PLM solution (Windchill)
- Manage requirement gathering and identify impacts
- Support the internal Client Workstream leads in PLM / Domain Integration, managing workshops preparation, execution, and documentation
- Process Optimization in combination of Windchill with SAP S4HANA
- Process and System Alignment with all Divisions
Deliverables:
- Deliver competence in methodology and external expertise as best practice industry standard
- Create project structure plan (Pro Plan or MS Planner)
- Document & analyze requirements for production related processes (Excel)
- Evaluation and documentation of cross divisional requirements (Excel)
- Define production related test cases documentation/template (Excel or Jira)
- Define tracking method for production related test cases and verify the results (Excel or Jira)
- Documentation of process changing
- Define test scenarios on division, business unit and plant level (Excel or Jira)
- Tracking of test cases and verify the results (Excel or Jira)
- Evaluate test results and identification of impacts
- Documentation of results and impacts
- Coordinate results and impact cross divisional (if needed)
- Coordinate requirements with PLM Program (Technical Lead)
Proactive planning, coordination, and documentation of:
- Workshops, meetings, timelines, milestones, reports, etc.
- Preparation of meetings in form of agenda and, if necessary, visually supporting slides
- Development of proposal and decision templates incl. steering committee slide decks
- Moderation of meetings and workshops incl. pre & postproduction
- Recognizing, documenting and escalating risks
