Main tasks:
- Management of the sub-project SAP Procurement Solutions (indirect procurement) in the S/4 HANA Greenfield implementation with SAP modules MM, CM, M&R with international roll out
- Participation in the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and consultant in the design and development of internal To-Be processes and steering of the external implementation partner
- Coordination responsibility for all procurement related Topics during template build and rollout phases
- Development of technical concepts, configuration, testing and documentation of processes in the system
- Creation of concepts, configuration, testing and documentation
- Customizing in the SAP MM module
- Patricipation within integrative project activities for modules SAP-FI, SAP-FI-AA and SAP CO as well as in the introduction of SAP VIM on S/4 HANA within the framework of P2P process design
- Defining all necessary data objects in cooperation with the Master-Data Team and the implementation partner
Main qualifications
- A degree in economics or similar adequate studies
- Very good knowledge of state-of-the-art procurement processes and P2P process definition to be able to to identify demand and define technical SAP implementation
- Experience in tools for automated invoice workflow
- Experience in Implementation of SAP (ECC) with procurement solutions MM in combination with experience in a workflow tool would be nice to have. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage, but not a must
- Profound knowledge of SAP MM needed. Further knowledge of CM, M&R or FI would be nice to have
- Experience in SAP customizing
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Advanced level of English and German
- High IT affinity, analytical skills, willingness to learn and initiative are indispensable
