We have a diffuse landscape and want to centralize our HR administration in order to support company-wide processes. You will be participating in an international project team of business and IT consultants.Tasks & responsibilities
You will be participating in a project team to analyze the current HR setup, determine the differences/gaps between the different systems/countries, and finally design and implement a centralized/harmonized HR Master Data System.
You should be familiar with typical areas of complications and dependencies to surrounding functions / systems in a European HR environment, for example harmonization of actions/action reasons across systems, re-design of employee groups and subgroups (while ensuring minimum impact on payroll/time), and alignment of infotype configurations.
Required experience / expertise
SAP HCM
specifically PA,OM, Payroll and Time.
Senior level – 7+ years experience
Experience in implementation of central HR Data Management solutions
Meritorious experience / expertise
Analysis, Design, Customization Implementation.
Other personal characteristics beyond competences
Good communicative skills, Team player, Proficient in German and English language
