Our customer in the electronic business is currently looking for a SAP SD expert with AMS Services experience. SAP AMS Services covering Sales Order Processing, Distribution, Complaint and Return Processes, Bonus Handling and After Sales Business.Volume: full-time

Tasks:
- Analyze issues (investigate what is triggering the issues), communicate with users/client, propose solutions for solving the issues
- Configure SAP by implementing the solution agreed with the client, perform testing in a hybrid ECC wit S/4HANA implementation
- Provide information to users (know-how documents) whenever needed
- Collaborate with other team members for solving integration and development issues
- Ticket monitoring
- Incident and problem management handling including documentation of solution
Skills:
- Functional consulting skills for SAP SD
- Experience with business processes of consumer industry, strong communication skills, min. 3 years experience with either business blueprint / template design / full lifecycle /complex rollout experience
- Knowledge on Integration with other modules is an advantage
- Very good organization and prioritization skills
- Strong analysis and problem solving skills, in order to be able to solve complex issues
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluency with English language is mandatory, German is optional
- Availability to travel to client site occasionally (once or twice a year – short periods)
