Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for an SAP FICO Deployment Lead or Manager (Business Process Facing) to join the team of its Global and pioneering client in Germany for 12 months+ on a Full time onsite basis.

Please note this role will be delivered from the Business Process teams not the IT organisation, hence the Business Processes within SAP FI-CO are the focus along with the hands-on IT experience of SAP FI-CO as a secondary.
Minimum core attributes:
- 8+ years SAP FICO experience
- 2x full life cycles and European/global Roll-out experience
- 5+ years Business Process Project experience
- Accountancy Background/Finance qualification
- Strong Localisation experience within Finance including Tax (rollouts)
- 1-2 Projects as a Lead or Project Manager within SAP FICO
- Delivery lead and coordination of the Testing, Data and Training activities.
- Individual Release PoC for the SAP FI CO Stream - S/4 HANA
- Resource management and delivery of internal and external teams
- Delivery of the Cut-Over Plan and road-map for Finance Stream.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Be the bridge and lead between the functional business and IT organisation
- Fridays working Remote
