A Salesforce CRM consultant is now required by our German client, the consultant will be part of a CPQ /GForce Global Implementation.Responsibilities:
• Managing functional requirements and business expectations in CPQ
• Ensuring that local processes at each site are aligned to global requirements (CPQ templates)
• Coordinated with the department to optimize the application of the applications in CRM
• Responsible for the functional design based on user stories validated by the global team of experts / steering committees
• Holding workshops and presentations, including at management level
• Responsible for the country-specific implementation of CPQ and GForce / Salesforce CRM, for example with regard to planning, workshops, delivery of applications based on requirements
• Optimize existing templates based on new requirements together with the CRM Program Manager and, if necessary, define new templates
