Skill Set below:
- Manages the team, updates work plans, schedules, resource plans, organizes and moderates team workshops
- Drives and covers Customer Service processes, using SD SAP Module
- Drives and covers Logistics processes, using MM/LE SAP Module, and also covering interface scope with 3rd Party Providers
- Management of cross country deployments within Pharma Industry for O2C/3PL (preferential)
- Ability to produce formal documentation as part of deployment, covering presentations to local resources, global team, including training and testing stages
- Coordinates all required activities for release build, deployment governance, demand management and accountable for the team's deliverables
- Ensures required expertise in the team, drives and facilitates decisions
- Liaises with other team leads to identify integration topics and related actions and aligns with Integration Management
- Takes corrective actions on scope and progress deviations including maintenance of the action list
- Evaluates impacts and risks and develops mitigating actions when needed
- Ensures that all team members are trained (CSV, ARIS, SAP ..)
- Is responsible for the presentation of the team results as well as the weekly status reporting (including escalations)
- Reports to the Project Lead
- Extended Life Sciences experience
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
