For our client in Brussels we are looking for an IT Program Manager with some CRM / Salesforce experience to start as soon as possible. The program manager is end-to-end accountable for the delivery of IT projects with minimum supervision in a global organisation.You will lead the implementation of a global digital transformation program impacting our client’s customers. Leveraging the Salesforce platform, our client is redefining the end-to-end online experience of its different segments of customers. The program includes the implementation and deployment of capabilities such as: CRM, Service Desk, eCommerce, Customer portal, Digital marketing.
Tasks:
• Work in close collaboration with the business stakeholders and the various technology teams (Salesforce, SAP ERP…) to optimize delivery throughput while ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.
• Being responsible for the (agile) management of the program-related scope and budget.
• Report status and progress to a mixed business-IT steering committee.
• Organize and coordinate multiple agile teams like cross-functional (business, IT, end users), cross-technology (various Salesforce clouds, SAP ERP,…), distributed geographically teams (EU, India, North America).
• Being responsible for the management of IT suppliers/integrators.
• Interact internally with project members, IT managers, project stakeholders, service managers, business analysts and business representatives
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in IT Project/Program Management
• Strong experience managing delivery of large-scale customer-facing transformation programs using agile software development
• Affinity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud (CRM) and other components of the Salesforce ecosystem)
• Experience with SAP ERP (SD, FI, WM) processes and their implementation. Experience integrating SAP with other systems.
• Pragmatic, hands-on, delivery-minded, yet able to think strategically and to contribute to the definition of a business vision.
• Proficient in English.
