Service and Support Specialist/Senior Service and Support Analyst - AMS
The Client was commissioned by the world's largest automotive manufacturers to manage their financial branch's worldwide BI solution. For this reason, we are looking for several Service and Support Specialist (AMS) for our extended application managed services.
As a Senior Service and Support Specialist you will:
- Have 3 - 7 years' experience in SAP® BW for maintenance and support project;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluent in German;
- Preferably Banking knowledge;
- Preferably ITIL® foundation certification;
- Passion for analytics and solving incidents and problems in a complex BI environment;
- HPSM® experience, HADOOP® and or Informatica® experience is good to have but not a must
Responsibilities:

As a Service and Support Specialist you work independently on tickets (Incident, Service Request, Changes and Problems) within your assigned bundle of applications;

Will perform hands-on application maintenance activities on SAP® BW on HANA®/Reporting tools such as Business Objects;

Within the Incident process you provide a root cause analysis, a workaround and in cooperation with development a permanent problem solution;

Additionally you are responsible for executing service requests and validating changes;

Within the problem process your expertise provides the needed input improving the overall performance and stability of your application bundle;

In your field of application expertise your collaboration with our service management aims to achieve an excellence in the delivered service to the customer;
