SAP FI/CO Master Trainer
Whitehall Resources are URGENTLY recruiting for a SAP FI/CO Master Trainer (focus on FI) for our client in Germany.
Role Type: Contract, 100%
Base Location: NRW, Germany
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 31.03.2018
Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
Language: German AND English
Charge Rate: Euros/h - Plus expenses
Description/Tasks:
- Responsible for maintenance and updates of existing template training material
- Responsible for the FI training in the RTR training team of a roll out project (already started), delivery of FI training in a second roll out project (already started)
- Training needs analysis with stakeholders of business units
- Training preparation and localisation including maintenance and localisation of the existing training media
- Training delivery of FI, FI-AA (CO) training to multiple business units
Skills needed:
We are looking for candidates who are experienced master trainers with strong didactical and process skills. Candidates are expected to have:
- Proven international project experience and SAP training experience with focus on end user training.
- Strong instructional design skills (training needs analysis, course design, development of course material and exercises) and training delivery skills.
- Knowledge of recording tools is an advantage.
- Fluent English and German
