Project description:
Our client is about to start up the implementation of SuccessFactors Compensation Management and Employee Central.
For this they need a resource with the following qualifications:
- Solid experience with SuccessFactors, including Employee Central & Compensation Management.
- Profound understanding of integration of SAP HCM solutions.
- Able to connect the dots between cloud-based applications and a SAP landscape.
- Experience with agile ways of working, preferable based on the SAFe framework.
- Quickly can become a trusted advisor in the HR and the IT organisation.
Your skills:
