For one of our clients we are looking for an SAP QM ConsultantOverview:
The client is performing a comprehensive business transformation program facilitating the implementation of a globally aligned and harmonized Supply Chain including Purchasing. For the first time in the company, there will be end-to-end, standardized supply chain process.
The program will be implemented in clearly determined, overlapping phases clustering a defined number of countries. Each implementation phase lasting over a period of 12-18 months. 2-3 days onsite/offsite possible Candidate will have to travel for approximately 2 weeks to the USA in October/November
Activities:
The external consultant of advises in the area Quality Management.
He/she provides process as well as technical SAP expertise and offers consulting within project phase 5
• Consults Laundry business work streams on Master Data validation and Master Data mapping for Quality Management relevant Master Data Objects
• Consults Laundry on how they can implement and apply the technical provided processes to cover specific business and country requirements by supporting the A&D phase to define possible gaps during SAP implementation, including the Transfer of the result and aligning with project team the next steps
• SAP Authorization preparation for Local and global needs
• Supporting Key User Trainings
o Development and/or updating of training material
o Planning and execution of trainings for the key-users with the new SAP processes
o Prepare Key Users for User Acceptance Test
o Prepare Key Users for Cutover
• User Acceptance Test
o Support in test case generation
o Support local key users and end users during testing activities
o Support in finding suitable technical solutions in case of test issues and coordinate ticket resolution process with local organizations and IBS
o Escalation support in case of issues
• Cutover and Go-Live
o Support local key users in preparing and executing all cutover relevant activities
o Steering and advising the key users (partially onsite) during and after going-live with the new processes and system
• Hyper Care
o Support local key users in escalating issues during hypercare
o Supports with post go-live trainings and Q&A sessions
o Check problem reports written during hyper care and advise how to solve problems and how to find proper technical solutions
