Projektbeschreibung/Aufgaben/Rolle:

Project:
The services of the contractor (service) will be provided in the context of the Solution Center "Accounting SAP". This includes:
Development and implementation of new SAP solutions in the functional domain accounting (in-ternal and external accounting). The functional domain also covers the central procurement pro-cesses.
Tasks:
- Project lead for the deployment of the template solution ahead (SAP Modules FI, MM, CO) for the costumers rollout
- Taking overall responsibility for completion of tasks and activities of the business and consulting resources, managing deadlines and agreed deliverables
- Steer the delivery of the go live in time and budget
- Maintaining continuous communication and presentations to the business sponsors and central organization of the costumers regarding status, issues and critical escalations
- Stakeholder management especially in relation to expectation management
- Prioritize activities where needed, negotiate timings and raise issues and risks at each stage of the program
- Align project planning according to a given methodology/templates provided by the costumer with ahead the costumers project manager
- Report and align with ahead the costumers project manager
- Travel activities within Europe (up to 50%)


Skills/Hinweise:

Must-have Skills:
- Experienced project management profile
- Self-driven communication skills
- Several years of experience in the project management
- Experiences of rollout of template solutions in subsidiaries
- Very good stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Fluent English
- Fluent Danish
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experienced in SAP projects
- Knowlede of Shared Service Center transitions
- Managing employees in a matrix organization
- Experience with projects in large corporations
- Experience in international projects or international project management
- German
