We are looking for a Project Manager who will work on Project with our Client in Denmark and who shall manage the execution of individual projects for Customer and Affiliate detailed sales.Tasks:
- Manage execution of individual project
- Manage project to scope, budget and timeline
- Schedule, drive, and attend weekly meetings
- Adhere to PMO Governance and GxP Compliance
- Competently manage issues escalation and risk mitigation strategies
- Communication planning and execution
- Manage project artefacts to include: MS Project plans, schedules, resource plans
- Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure coordination
- Produce weekly status reports and metrics
Competencies:
- Experience from Master Data management projects a pre requisite
- Strong SAP Experience is a necessity
- Have a proven track record in successfully delivering large projects within scope, Budget and timeline
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong personality with the right advisory mind-set to lead and manage a team
- Strong mind-set and initiative to drive continuous improvement
- Strong Microsoft Project skills an absolute requirement
- Fluent written and spoken English
