The BST consultant QM will need a very good knowledge of SAP QM module. Good notions of PP, MM and SD are necessary.
At least 5 years experience on SAP implementation.
Profile
As a member of the Business Solutions Team, the BST consultant QM is a challenging position of importance to continued success of Firmenich SAP projects.
The successful candidate will possess:
1. Detailed knowledge of SAP QM (Quality Management Module), with experience in the key integration points with SAP PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution) modules.
• Experience in Inspection lots management, interaction with a LIMS, Certificate of Analysis.
• Experience in Batch search strategy in SD documents.
• Experience on project to pass from LIMS to full SAP QM is a plus.
• Experience about tracking non-conformance using SAP QM Notifications
• Experience about interfaces based on Idocs (Mandatory),
2. Candidate with SAP QM certification and at least two full lifecycle implementations in a global
Manufacturing environment are preferred.
3. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to rapidly understand, document and assess the feasibility of requirements with the objective of supporting Firmenich functional expert preparing business cases for projects.
5. Experience in defining and delivering small to medium size business transformation in the QM area. .
6. The ability to interact geographically and culturally diverse key user groups.
7. Ability to document on going changes as part of the training body of knowledge.
8. Excellent oral and written skills, with ability to effectively communicate internationally in English with colleagues and partners in the business.
9. The desire to understand first-had the various manufacturing configurations in the Firmenich group
11. The ability to work with a large degree of autonomy,
• reporting into physically remote manager
• Interacting with development team located off-shore.
