Tasks
? Analyse business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes.
? Prepare requirement specification documents including requirement description and use cases.
? Conduct requirement, options and solution walkthrough with stakeholders.
? Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations.
? Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management.
? Coordinating the work of more junior analysts.
Key Deliverables
? Process documentation.
? Business requirements documentation.
? Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans.
Requirements
? Project management experience as project manager or business analyst.
? Experience in working across functions and regions and bringing together teams to execute projects that are dealing with complex issues.
? Credit Risk and Market Risk experience and understanding of Risk Management and Risk Control.
? Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders.
? Ability to interpret new regulations and partner with business to drive requirements identification.
? Ability to see big picture correlating business requirements and thinking strategically on how to bring solution together in a cohesive design and architecture.
? Ability to work independently, highly organized self-starter and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
