Geforderter Skill:The candidate must have minimum 3 years of relevant experience:
o University Degree, or equivalent work experience
o Excellent understanding of the Microsoft platform
o Experience with Microsoft Windows 7 / Office 2010/ Lync 2013
o Relevant certifications – e.g. MCSE (highly desirable)
Additional expertise: Experience with Service-now ITSM tool
Language Skills: good German and English skills are essential

Aufgabe:
Primarily provide traditional Desktop support services in Frankfurt, Germany.
Support for Desktop Operations:
o Image and deploy PCs following global processes
o Support Microsoft Office Applications
o Printer setup and support
o Provide hardware setup support
o Basic troubleshooting liaising with internal and external teams
o Assist with IT procurement
Mobile phone and Telephone support
o Setup and configure smartphones to connect to corporate email
o Provide basic end-user support for operating the device
o Perform advanced troubleshooting following global guidelines
o Basic troubleshooting liaising with internal and external teams
o Install & test handsets
Some travel may be required
