Aufgabe:Unser Auftraggeber sucht Unterstützung im Identity and Access Management (IAM) compliance consolidation.
Control and manage a complex project concerning Identity Management in an international context:
o Contribute to define project targets and scope
o Draw up activity, time and resource plans
o Recognize the responsibility for quality of results, observance of milestones and budget
o Build submissions to facilitate the decision-making processs for project board and senior management
o Guarantee the documentation of project results
o Conduct reports over project progress and provide information for an effective project comtrolling
o Work on continual improvement of project management methods and tools
o Collaborate with communities to promote knowledge transfer and networking of employees
Anforderung:
? Profound compentence in leadership and experienced in managing international teams
? Not less than 5 years professional experience in managing complex/broad projects in a similar context
? Comprehensive knowledge about multi-project controlling
? Active PMP certification or comparable IPMa-certification
? Pronounced customer and service alignment and also well-marked enterprising mindset and acting
? Outstanding dedication, self-assertion, cooperation ability and negotiating skills
? Analytic, creative and solution.orientated mindset and acting
? Confident appearance and also strong communication skills and presenting ability
? University education or similar education
? Englisch: confident in speech and writing and business discussions
? profound knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM) process design and operation
? experience in IT governance, risk management, privacy, Compliance
? good knowlegde in different IAM tools
