We're searching for 3 Technical Project Manager in charge of the coordination and steering of all relevant aspects of the transition project to replace trouble ticket solutiono requirements management with internal and external customers
o project scope (including the creation of rough concepts)
o project plan / tracking of internal and external resources
o supplier management including escalation management
o risk management
o issue management
o budget and cost management (In charge the total cost of ownership ( TCO))
o change management (technical and customer related)
o test management
o setup and coordination of training
• Transfer of operational and financial processes into technical solutions to provide managed service solutions
• Technical expert in the area of trouble ticket workflow and workforce management systems supporting the LCM (life cycle management)
o requirements management
o problem management
o release management
o change management
• Preparation and execution of status reporting and status presentation in steering boards
• Acts as a "single point of contact" ( SPOC ) for all topics around the project
In charge, coordination and steering of all relevant aspects of the project and life cycle management of a solution
Profil:
? Detailed knowledge of trouble ticket workflow and work force management solution
? Deep knowledge of operation processes of a mobile network and fix network operator and the related tool solution
? > 5 years professional experience in the field of software projects and implementation of complex software systems
? > 2 years professional experience as a Project Manager
? Good knowledge of 2G , 3G and 4G mobile networks
? Sound knowledge in the support section processes according to ITIL
? Basic UNIX / LINUX / Windows know-how
Language skills: good / very good English spoken and written
