My Client, Global IT Consultancy, is looking for a Senior Support, well experienced in Oracle, PL/SQL to join their team on the Project with Insurance Corporation in Heilbronn, Germany. This position is opened for both, contractors and those seeking permanent employment.Key Features:
* To Assign and track tickets and change requests for service delivery
* To develop and guide team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
* To work towards continuous improvement and perform root cause analysis on ongoing basis
* To monitor and track tickets, change request and manage SLAs
* To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
You will have:
* Experience in P&C, insurance domain
* Strong design and development skills in technologies like Java, PL/SQL, portals, Oracle Database
* Good command in German and English language
