Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Consultant 3rd Level Support (m/w) Windows 7 Engineer
Aufgabenbeschreibung/Umfeld/Skill:
Overview
Working alongside lead Windows 7 Engineer, you will be expected to assist with 3rd line support queries, liaise with desktop support teams and vendors, assist with low level engineering topics regarding Windows 7 and the base applications.
Engineering focus on tackling problems with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and systems management. We would like engineers to focus on solving problems across many machines without implementing quick fixes or compromised solutions on a small number of devices.
Must have the ability to communicate with end users / support engineers / application owners. Be capable of understanding technically complex issues and communicating these to a wider audience.
Engineers should have some SCCM and/or Appsense knowledge.
Primary Requirements (Mandatory)
- Windows 7 Engineering Team experience
- Windows 7 in-depth knowledge (design, troubleshooting)
- Scripting
- OS Deployment
- Troubleshooting, Performance Monitoring
- Good documentation skills
- Good English/ German Language skills

- SQL, SCCM 2012, Appsense
- Internet Explorer troubleshooting , Firefox, Chrome
- Windows XP
- Microsoft Office
- VDI
- Rights Management Avecto Priviledge Guard.
