Our client (IT services) is looking for a Business Developer (m/w) IT&Cloud and Security.



Aufgaben:

- Working together with the sales force, analyze the market in order to identify new sales and business opportunities (commercial leads) for his/her product and ensure that they become sales for TGS
- Supports the success of an assigned team of salespeople for his/her services of responsibility
- Understand and effectively presents and delivers presentations on his/her services of responsibility, features and benefit to new and prospective clients as well as internal clients to promote sales and product development.
- Evaluate market demand and try to meet customers needs and expectations
- Work closely with customers to understand their organizational pain points and effectively link product features and benefits to the customer’s needs to help promote sales.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines
- Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Analyze, interpret and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results for his/her product
- Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty
- Prepares the value proposition and commercial offering for the customer for his/her services of responsibility
- Ensures availability of all necessary documentation and materials needed for the product in his/her geographical area of responsibility
- Create awareness and demand for the specific product or service.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
- Compile and track sales data
- Participate at trade fairs and other events if required
- Provide customers relevant information about the products and services the company sells
- Continuously review industry trends and client feedback to anticipate future market needs; working closely with Product Management.
- Establish and maintain positive work relationships and works productively with support groups within the business, i.e., Marketing, Product Management, etc.
- Prepare and handle sales annual budgets



Skills:

- Minimum 5 year experience selling in similar environment
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal competences and self confident
- Highly organized and good planner
- Efficient in time management
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to meet deadlines
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Team worker
- Able to properly evaluate and motivate team members and sales representatives

- Spanish: Advanced (nice to have)
