Projektbeschreibung:
The service scope is for all Customer sites in Germany, with a main focus on the Customer Sites in Friedrichshafen, Ulm, Manching, Ottobrun and Unterschleißheim but in the context of the Customer Proxy Management architecture (Microsoft). The service scope is including support to international concerns (e.g. Finland) and collaboration with French and British operational team.
Following list shows expected tasks to be delivered

Proxy operational tasks:
Management of URL-Filter, Proxy ISA Cluster, Squid, Proxy authentication, Autoproxy Operation
URL Filter:
Operation of ISA Cluster as the platform for the URL Filter
Operation of the URL Filter
Maintain URL Filter configuration
Maintain ISA Rules (Firewall, Access, Forward, Chain)
Monitoring of ISA / URL Filter
Ensure proper Backup of the environment
Support IT Security with the definitions of filtering rules
Application patching
Troubleshooting
Proxy ISA Cluster:
Operation of caching and non-caching ISA Proxy Cluster
Application patching
Maintain ISA Rules (Firewall, Access, Forward, Chain)
Monitoring of ISA
Ensure proper Backup of the environment
Troubleshooting
Autoproxy:
Operation of Apache Webserver
Maintenance of proxy.pac configuration
Configuration of Apache Webserver for the deployment of proxy.pac configuration
Troubleshooting
Proxy chaining coherency, changing proxy chaining flows
Update of DC operation team on all done and planned configuration changes
Sonstiges:
