Für ein Projekt in Raum Nürnberg suche ich Freiberufler für folgende Aufgaben:Key project boundaries
o Day to day logistic tracking – strong experience required in day to day scheduling
o Daily or 2 daily conference calls with the OEM plants in China + Korea + Europe + Mexico
o In addition to cover day to day demand we also need to build stock at the customer plants
o Implementation of New ABAS ERP system – struggling to create delivery notes for shipment which causes short shipment
o Technical issues on the specific finishing machines
o Strong ramp-up after end of year shut down
o Higher demand in January on all part numbers for all finishing machines compared to November forecast
o Demand increase in February
o Demand increase in March
o Forecast Q2 2015 is lower compared to Q1 2015 which is not logical
o Complex situation with multiple OEM plants + 31 part numbers + high number of supplier parameters which disturb part shipments
o Communication and respect towards the supplier -> requires diplomatic approach
o Challenging to manage all parameter in a 8 hour time frame
• CW 05 2 days
• CW 06 – CW 18 5 days per week
• CW 19 – CW 31 3 days per week
