We are currently recruiting for our client, a publicly traded company, for Senior Back end Developer to join their project in Germany.Position Title: Senior Backend Developer
Position Type: Permanent
Start Date: 1st of February 2015.
Duration: 1 year minimum

Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing and testing RESTful web service applications and web applications.
- Ensuring high software quality by applying state-of-the-art development methodologies (TDD, Continuous Integration).
- Contributing to system integration and application lifecycle management.
- Working in an agile environment according to Scrum methodology.
- Conducting code reviews.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Object Oriented design and development in C#.
- Good understanding of design patterns and architecture best practices.
- NET 4.x.
- WCF 4.x.
- IIS.
- RESTful web service design.
- Relational databases (preferably SQL Server).
- Unit Testing.
- (Service) Integration Testing.
- ORM.
- Continuous integration .
- VCS (SVN / Git).
Nice to have:
- ASP.NET (Webforms, MVC) .
- Microsoft Web API.
- Telerik OpenAccess.
- JetBrains TeamCity.
- Virtualization (Hyper-V, Oracle VirtualBox).
- Configuration management know how.
- Continuous delivery know how.
- Cryptography know how.
- Domain Driven Design.
- Agile know how (Scrum).
- Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira).
