Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir derzeit zwei Mitarbeiter, die die nachfolgenden Anforderungen erfüllen:Rahmenparameter:
Einsatzort: Köln
Projektzeitraum: asap bis 30.9.2015 (mit Option auf Verlängerung)
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
1. Daily operational task of the system
User management of the system Creation of Operators, Teams, Time zone´s, Holiday tables, SLA and SLO. All data changes needs to be validated by a certain process.
Monitoring of the different components
Clean up tasks for ATOS, ATOS is the first supplier which uses HPSM.
Working out Ops admin manuals
Writing documentation of processes to be followed by ISM OPS.
2. Release Updates
With weekly releases: no outage is planned so will be implemented on Friday.
With major releases: mostly the oncall person has to implement the release on Saturday, since there will be an outage needed, so no downtime is allowed during Business hours.
Implementations of releases are always coordinated with the team lead.
3. Attending on a regular base knowledge transfers, trainings and workshops
4. As HPSM team leader the following additional tasks are done:
Checking and monitoring the daily business
Participate in several meetings organized by internal staff
Follow up HP cases and participate in the monthly meetings with HP
Prepare Reports about the system and performance
Consolidate the different application streams
Visit on a regular base ( every 2 weeks) the colleagues
The following applications are used, HP Service Manager, Outlook, Lotus Notes, Connect IT, Oracle, Toad, Unix/Linux, Knowledge of the German language is an advantage as many other colleagues are native German speakers.
