Task:The customer requires a holistic end user support for NX and the interface to SAP PLM. The major part of the users is located in Cologne. Further sites are Ulm and Maribor. The support shall be provided onsite in Cologne and remote for the locations Ulm and Maribor.
The requested services include solution of 1st and 2nd level incidents, installation of software updates, end user trainings, maintenance of NX work stations, servers, and plotters.
Installation & configuration of NX and NX workstations
Installation of NX updates, upgrades & patches
Test & integration of NX software releases
Training of NX end users
Construction support in 2D & 3D
NX licence and user management
Installation & management of the server-related NX licence pool (first-come-first-served)
Management of conversion tasks
Recovery tests of CAD configuration
Management of print and plot queues
Monitoring of services
Onsite support of CAD servers, plotters, software, and functionality of standard work stations
Solution of 1st and 2nd level incidents related to NX software, plotters and servers
Consulting and support of the end users for using NX and related interfaces
Planning & realization of optimization & tuning measures
Development of NX user manual and best practice guides
Requirements (Must have):
Consulting concerning migration of legacy data
Support for test and selection of new CAD work stations & tools
