Austin Fraser are working with one of their top clients based in Dusseldorf. This is a really exciting opportunity for an OSS Technical Support Engineer.
Operation Expert OSS
- Assure system availability and data availability
- Perform backup und preventive maintenance
- technical training and a minimum of 8 years professional experience
- At least 4 years of professional experience in the administration of Unix systems (Solaris, Linux)
- Experience in the supervision of Oracle or Sybase databases
- Experience in the operation of Windows and Citrix Servers
- Level 3 Incident management for Element Management Systems ( ZTE Netnumen, SOA)
- Application Operation of Element Management Systeme (ZTE Netnumen, SOA)
- At least 2 years of experience in the application of operating NSN NetAct, Ericsson OSS RC, Huawei M2000, ZTE Netnumen (preferred), Ericson SOA, or a comparable EMS/OSS application
- Knowledge in the operation of cluster solutions (Veritas, HP, Linux HA)
- Perl, SQL and Shell Scripting skills
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP Networks as well as 2G, 3G and 4G mobile networks
- Language skills: Good English spoken and written - German helpful
- Works independently and impartially
- Very good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Likes to work in an international team
