For our client we are looking for an IT Governance Manager (m/f).



Aufgaben:

IT Risk Management
· Facilitate the on-going development of a best practice IT Risk management framework.
· Maintain risk management framework and IT Risk register including managing the tracking of mitigating actions to closure.


IT Audit Management
· On-going development of the Audit management mechanism and framework
· Facilitation of audit pathway, including involvement in the organisation of audits, scope agreement, facilitation of staff resource to support audit, challenge and review audit issues and support for definition of management comments.
· Maintenance of audit action database, including update and reporting of open actions from action owners.


IT Compliance Management
· Facilitate the on-going development of the IT Compliance framework including definition of compliance process and associated supporting documentation.
· Support process owners and designated operators to review compliance at a process level, including development of guidance and tailored work plans that guide testing.


IT Process and Quality Management
· Develop, implement and maintain a best practice IT Process management framework to define key processes, dependencies and controls.
· Maintain the definition of ownership of processes, standards and guidelines.
· Drive the continuous improvement of the process management framework within the client
· Facilitate and support related projects out of expert role in IT Process management.


IT Performance Management
· Development and on-going maintenance of framework of IT Performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) based on best practice and business requirements.
· Define guidelines for definition and management of KPI, continuously assess KPI to further develop them, alignment with functional KPI responsible.


Support IT Governance
· Support the IT Governance Team in defining, implementing and monitoring the IT Governance framework and IT Operating Model, including the management of standards, principles, guidelines and management bodies required to support the IT Function.
· Support in KPI dashboard implementation



Skills:

· Graduate in Business Administration or Business Informatics alternatively comparable degree or comparable work experience
· At least 4 years of professional experience in related areas, including IT Governance, compliance, risk management, assurance, IT Process management or IT Performance management
· Demonstrable high levels of knowledge in the areas of IT Organizations, IT Risk and process frameworks (incl. CoBiT, RiskIT, ITIL, COSO) and regulatory standards (incl. SOX, BilMoG), if possible candidate obtained certifications in above standards
· Precise, eye detailed person on data quality, compliance and correctness
· Excellent presentation skills up to top management level
· Ability to work under pressure as well as result-oriented
· Ability to work and communicate in an international multicultural team, social competencies and assertiveness
· High flexibility and willingness to travel
· Languages: English (business fluent in negotiations), German preferred
