eCRM Euro is looking for a Senior Wireless Test System Architect.
This position focuses on the research of industry test methodology and technologies, in order to improve the test ability and test business planning, as well as the satisfaction of the customers about the software version quality. She or he should help us to continuously optimize the test service, test flow, test tools, test platform etc. to meet the customers' on admission test phase. Join the communications with operators, other vendors and the industry, as a representation of our client's, express the viewpoints of our client's, for seeking the acceptance of the customer and agreement with the industry.
Lead Our client's test team to learn from others' strong points and close the gap, and provide leading solutions to RandD test team to improve the quality and efficiency of RandD test activities.
Familiar with the leading test architecture design process, methodology of other vendors. Capable of making decision on test technology comparison based on current service pattern and overall planning of our client's RandD Test team.
Research on the advanced test methodology, service planning, organizational formation for the test abilities, as well as the other vendor's good practices, to identify the key genes. Analysis the feasibility of application in our client's RandD Test team.
Provide leading solutions, technical proposals etc., which should unite the other vendor's advantages and our client's current test design architecture, to improve our client's test design capabilities, then draw up detailed plans and steps to meeting the operability in RandD Teams
Conducting and co-ordinating the layout of solutions in relevant teams as a project manager. Guide the concrete executions and monitor the risks while the project ongoing. Be responsible for the effect of the implementation, which should be evaluated and reported from the beginning to the end.
Co-ordinating joint research resources outside of company, like university, academics industry committee and funding projects.
Seeking TOP Test Specialist with experience in wireless telecom vendors, she or he should have:
Managing the vendor's test architecture, test analysing and design method, test flow through the whole RandD process, and test ability assessment, and rich experience is necessary;
Leading the vendor's test-related activities for the Europe Tier 1 operators, including the test strategy, test plan, test proposal, alignment with the operators' admission test, acceptance test and product introduction test activities, and rich experience is necessary.
At least 10 years experience in test relating areas;
Deep understanding on the wireless technology evolution and testing technology development.
