Harvey Nash are a global Professional Services provider in the areas of Technology and Engineering Recruitment and Outsourcing. For our client, a global automotive company focussed on Navigation in Erlangen we are currently looking for Test Engineers. (w/m)

Contract type: Limited permanent through Harvey Nash

Start:ASAP

Length:6 months+

Location: Erlangen

    Responsibilities:

    • Understanding of system requirements, architecture and interfaces of a up-to-date infotainment system
    • Planning, execution and documentation of manual tests (drive tests and bench tests)
    • Documentation and reporting
    • Cooperation and communication with other departments of EB and other project-related parties
    • Conducting test activities in line with time and effort restrictions

    Know how:

    • Knowledge in the area of software tests
    • Automotive background - knowledge of test concepts, automotive SPICE, in-car infotainment or navigation systems preferred
    • Experience in defect management
    • Solid project experience, ideally from large teams and distributed projects

    Your Profile:

    • University degree or similar technically related apprenticeship
    • Accurate and careful working style, based on autonomous and self-reliant way of working
    • Outgoing, self-confident personality and team player capabilities
    • Driving licenseass B and willingness to travel

    Languages:

    • Fluent in spoken and written English and German
