Project Quality Controller
Darwin Recruitment are urgently searching for a Project Quality Controller for one of our large blue chip clients in Berlin.
Responsibilities
Project governance & quality
- Plan and perform quality reviews & spot checks
- Monitor and report on quality execution
- Ensure defined processes are applied, defined accountabilites and responsibilities are followed
- Ensure review & approval of project deliverables are in place
- Support of IT project/program governance
- Support PMs for project gate readiness
Drive improvements
- Suggest improvements for processes and standard project deliverables
- Drive continuous improvements of templates & reference documents
- Create/drive creation of guidelines and best practices
Support learning
- Increase people understanding of relevant processes and procedures, eg towards PMs and project team members
Your qualification:
- Good knowledge and experience on IT related project
- Experience of working with large blue chip organizations
- Excellent knowledge of quality management for IT projects
- Auditing or Governance or Project Management certification
- Experience of working with multiple third party vendors across different countries and cultures
- Experience in project risk management and testing for IT projects
- Track record of tracking and auditing project
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Goal-oriented, with an ability to quickly build multiple cross-border relationships
- Fluency in English, German would be beneficial.
