Task:Analysis of complex user requests for changes to the SAP timekeeping application. Consulting to the business and other IT areas with regards to SAP timekeeping. Design, development, customizations and implementation of identified solutions, including user training and documentation where required.
Requirements (Must have):
Technical Skills (Must Have):
- Expert knowledge in SAP timekeeping
- Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
- Self-starter and self-contained
- Team player - frequent contact with the other application team members and the Payroll department.
- Strong process orientation.
- Strong solution design skills.
- Able to communicate with all management levels.
Nice to have:
Technical Skills (Nice to Have):
- Understanding of Security and Controls - in particular of data protection requirements
- Knowledge about areas of SAP Payroll (e.g. Schemas, Cycles, Accounting)
