Our client is searching for a senior IT process consultant/Manager for IS operational Model Implementation IS OPM
You will need to:
define and apply a structured approach and methodology to support the project team members and the definied process oweners in designing, documenting and implementing the processes in the new IS operating model
be an active, visible coach to process owners and give them guidance on how to design IT processes according to IT industry standards and best practices
Lead processes and interface workshops
Walkthroughs with multiple stakeholders
Create an implementation plan for the IT processes and manage deployment of the processes, identify and manage interdependencies during the roll outs
Create templates and documentation
Facilitate integrity of the process definition by ensuring regular quality checks and providing feedback to the process owners
Process owner coaching/support
Process workshop moderation
Implemenation plan and monitoring
Process design and documentation
SKILLS
Multiple years experience in designing and implementing IT processes and conducting change
leading and conducting workshops
Brought knowledge of current trends in the IT industry IT processes and best standards
Experience in one- ITIL V3, PMI, TOGAT, COBIT 5.0, ISO 900
Experience and knowledge in one process modelling notation
project management approaches
Microsoft office suite
MS-VISIO
English speaking
