A global financial Institution based in ESCHBORN seeks a PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE to join their dynamic team
* Create management presentations (eg for steering committee/board meetings)
* Meeting organization and support (including minutes taking)
* Manage activities and issues
* Ensure effectiveness of scope and dependency management
* Identify and manage/mitigate project risks
* Support related to budget planning and forecasting
* Overviews deviations between plan and actual (budget controlling) and triggers appropriate measures in alignment with PM
* Provides data for budget reporting on various levels of detail
