Senior Business Analyst/Reengineer
Support Digital first/Customer first initiatives working with internal and external partners and provide guidance to increase digitalization in the area of connecting to consumer and dealer. Develop a sustainable eCommerce solution based on the global framework and action plans to progress from initial FoE pilots to full deployment. In addition agree with internal senior Business partner from FCSD-E and Marketing and Sales a common Campaign Engine solution and develop a migration plan for REACT! Required to enable Digital First FoE initiative.
You should have a Degree in Information Technology, Science or Engineering or a comparable qualification and work experience of more than 3 years
Technical Skills (Must Have):
- Identify and document emerging business requirements and translate into Business/IT Strategy:
- Drive consensus for a desired future state that satisfy the business/IT requirements and enterprise objectives.
- Conduct reviews of global business/regional business requirements to ensure cross-functional/global alignment of strategies.
Manage and analyse requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience to present complex subjects to senior management
- Translate business requirements into functionality
- Work with senior business stakeholders and Ford IT to formulate and agree future state solution options.
- Create Business cases
- Help business partners communicate business/solution value to key stakeholders.
Architecture/Portfolio Management:
- Conduct reviews of global/regional business requirements and provide recommendations for future state architecture/Portfolio
- Guide decision making on solution options to avoid/minimise divergence from future state architecture
- Identify opportunities for creating re-usable enterprise services.
Technical Skills (Nice to Have):
- Provide Industry best practices/trends to influence future business requirements and Strategies.
- Influence business requirements by using Industry best practices/Trends.
- Strategy delivery experience in a similar role in a large global organisation.
- Fluent German and English
