Support Consultant/SME MDM
Project:
Our client is looking for a Consultant to Support cluster application material MDM you should be an experienced support consultant, acting as subject matter expert for MDM
Skills:
Technical:
- ABAP 4 (OO Basics)
- LSMW
- Reports, Dialog programming (Basics), USER EXITS; BADI; Enhancements points etc.
- Interfaces
- ALE/IDOC
- Technical documentation (writing Programming specifications, check technical documents)
Customizing Material Master Data:
- Material Master including al dependent views
- ALE Customizing (Distribution model, reduced message types, change pointer writing)
Classification (BASICS):
- Class system
Process knowledge Partner Master Data:
- SME (Subject Manager Expert)
- MM01/MM02/MM03 create change Material Master Data (including all views)
- Basics (MDG) desirable
Incident management:
- SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- First Contact (Questions from 3rd party service provider, customer business people)
- Evaluation of solution(s) done by 3rd party service provider
Diverse:
- Basics knowledge SAP Solution Manager - Roles
- Implementation Manager; Tester/Test coordination; Implementation-Expert
- Microsoft Outlook
- Safe in negotiation and drawing conclusions
- Preferable experienced with Indian employees
- Project experience preferable
- Implementation coordination (Tracking of activities)
